  • These Terms & Regulations govern your use of ChronosCrafts and any purchases made through our website.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

  • All watches sold on this website are modified ("modded") and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Seiko or any other watch brand.
  • Due to the nature of custom watch modifications, slight variations may occur between product images and final products.
  • We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • We accept payments via Paypal, Credit/Debit cards.
  • All prices are listed in £(Pounds) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Europe using Evri, Royal Mail and Hermes.
  • Estimated processing time: 10-14 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times: 3-5 days domestically, 2 weeks internationally (varies by location).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.
  • Any customs duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Returns & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our watches, we do not accept returns or refunds of customised watches however we do for premade watches unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Warranty: Our watches come with a limited warranty of 1 month covering manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, water exposure, or modifications made after purchase.
  • If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at support@chronoscrafts.com with photos and proof of purchase.

6. Custom Orders & Modifications

  • Custom watches are made to order and require additional processing time.
  • Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Modifications may affect the watch’s original water resistance or manufacturer warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by ChronosCrafts and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect customer information for order processing and customer service purposes only.
  • Personal data will not be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Any modifications made to the watches after purchase are done at the buyer’s own risk.
